Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Reviews and/or Questions and Answers service offered by New Era Cap Company Limited (“New Era,” also "us" and "we"), together the "CRR Service".

By submitting any content to New Era, you agree that:

• Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
• You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.
• All content that you post is genuine and accurate;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• Use of the content you supply does not breach these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree that you may not submit any content:

• That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• That breaches any law, statute or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
• That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, discriminatory, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased, obscene, vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
• That is advertising or other commercial content, company logos, links, or company names or content for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
• That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
• That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

For any content that you submit, you grant New Era a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, store, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology in connection with the CRR Service. We may also use the content to promote the website or the CRR Service.

All content that you submit may be used at New Era's sole discretion. New Era reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content on New Era's website that New Era deems, in its sole discretion, to breach the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.  If you wish to edit or delete any content you have submitted, please contact us at customer.care@neweracap.com. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days.   You acknowledge that you, not New Era, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

All reviews on our website are genuine reviews from purchasers of our products.  We have procedures in place to detect and remove reviews which are in breach of these Terms of Use and reserve our rights to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent you are in breach of these Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you are resident and the jurisdiction of your local courts.  If you have any concerns regarding a review which has been posted, please contact us at customer.care@neweracap.com.
