We are currently facing issues with UK deliveries due to problems within our Couriers across the UK and in some cases it may take up to 10 Business days for your parcels to arrive.

Please also be aware you may not receive any tracking updates up to 6 working days, and it may only state that the label has been created.

We suggest if you still haven’t received any updates after 6 working days  then please contact our customer service help desk customer.care@neweracap.com.
